Bottle storage


The storage of bottles in the wine cellar of Kus Restaurant is guaranteed at a constant temperature and in the presence of controlled humidity, a crucial factor for proper product preservation. The cellar is located in the 'giasàra,' a rediscovered underground storage area adjacent to the tavern's premises. Until about half a century ago, this space was used to store snow and ice until the arrival of the warm season.


The giasàra of Kus Restaurant in Verona is the last one remaining on Mount Baldo and is, therefore, a heritage for all. For this reason, it will be the pleasure and responsibility of our staff to allow you to visit it and experience the charm of history and tradition inside.
